- • Made appearances before different High Courts of States and international commercial arbitrations in Singapore.
- • Drafted numerous Arbitration Claims for International Commercial Arbitrations as well as for Domestic Arbitrations in India.
- • Drafted many Special Leave Petitions (Civil & Criminal), Arbitration Petitions and other Appeals before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

- • Represented companies in International Commercial Arbitration matters at International Chambers of Commerce, Singapore. Also handled many Domestic Commercial Arbitrations in different states.
- • Represented and got a favorable judgment in my client’s favor against the present sitting Chief Minister of Delhi, India ruling that “every retweet of defamatory imputation would amount to defamation”
- • Represented Petitioners against Twitter Inc., Facebook, Instagram for illegal actions pertaining to suspension of social media handles.
- • Represented renowned YouTuber “Prakhar Gupta” against “Sandeep Maheshwari” in a Defamation suit of 2 Crores.
- • Represented high-profile Journalists such as Sushant Sareen, Aarti Tikoo, Hartosh Singh Bal, Pramod Kumar Singh, Rohan Dua, Shivani Gupta, etc. before courts at Delhi for claim of damages.
- • Represented a clientele against Wikipedia, a first of its own original side case against Wikipedia in India.
- • Represented RIT Foundation in Marital Rape Case before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
- • Represented other clientele such as Gaurav Taneja (Famous YouTuber) also known as “Flying Beast”, Gaurav Bhatia (Sr. Advocate), etc. and successfully got an ad-interim ex-parte injunction order.
- • Represented Binay Kumar Singh in a matter against BBC with respect to the banned documentary dissemination (India: the Modi Question)
- • Represented and argued dozens of Social Media Defamation cases including the very first doxing ad-interim exparte injunction Order for my clients
