Mr. Hanish has joined the company in 2008 having expertise in engineering,Mr. Hanish, a seasoned Civil Engineer, has been a vital part of SH Associates since 2008. With his extensive expertise in tendering, project planning, execution, finishing, and overall project management, he has played a significant role in driving the company's success.
Since joining SH Associates, Mr. Hanish has successfully managed and handed over numerous projects for prestigious clients, including the American Embassy School, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), UNICEF, UN Women, WWF, France Embassy, Japan Embassy, Vatican Embassy, Poland Embassy, Italy Embassy, and many other national and international organizations.
In addition to managing existing clients, Mr. Hanish has expanded the company’s client base by securing projects with new clients such as the British School, Spain Embassy, Czech Embassy, Royal Bhutanese Embassy, Oman Embassy, and the International Red Cross Society, among others.
His contributions have been instrumental in enhancing SH Associates' capabilities and infrastructure, earning the trust and satisfaction of clients through his consistent on-time project delivery, keen understanding of client and architect requirements, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
4. KUSH MADAN – Associates Partner & Director of Solar & EV Charging Stations unitMr. Kush Madan is the Director of Solar & EV Charging Stations at SH Associates India Pvt. Ltd. He holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing. With a wealth of experience in business management, Mr. Madan previously headed the India Business Vertical for an Experiential Marketing company based in Dubai from 2017 to 2020. During this period, he successfully delivered notable projects such as the Arab Health Experience Center in Dubai and the Sweden Energy Experience Centre in Delhi, in collaboration with the Sweden Energy Agency & Business Sweden.
As an Associate Partner at SH Associates, Mr. Madan leads the Solar & EV Charging Station projects across India. Under his guidance, the company has successfully executed key projects for clients such as WWF-India, DLF Garden City in Lucknow, DLF Garden Enclave in Gurugram, Godrej Air in Gurugram, and many others. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in expanding the company’s portfolio in the renewable energy sector.
5. Nitin Kumar: Operations, Accounts, and HSE Manager
Nitin Kumar is a dedicated and experienced professional with over 20 years in the engineering and construction industry. He has a proven track record in managing operations, accounts, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) functions in various projects across the Middle East and India.
As an Operations and Accounts Manager, Nitin is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. He also handles the financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
In addition to his operational and financial responsibilities, Nitin is committed to promoting a safe and healthy work environment. He ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws and safety regulations, and actively works to prevent accidents and injuries.
With his extensive experience and strong leadership skills, Nitin is a valuable asset to any engineering and construction company.
